Job Description:
A production and quality admin manages the paperwork, schedules, and daily office tasks that keep manufacturing and the lab running smoothly as it pertains to quality requirements.
Work hours are generally 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies.
- Overseeing and managing quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyzing and interpreting quality data and making recommendations for improvement.
- Working with production in conducting audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Developing and conducting training programs for employees on quality control procedures.
- Assisting in the resolution of customer or client quality issues.
- Build and update calendars, track daily production as it relates to quality, and make sure target deadlines are met.
- Act as a main link between different teams, and workers on site.
- Check data accuracy, log test results, prepare reports and make sure safety or industry rules are followed.

- Comfort with office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized inventory or scheduling databases.
- Most positions require a high school diploma or equivalent, plus some previous office or operational experience.
- Act as a main link between different teams, suppliers, clients, and workers on site.

Salary:
- Yearly pay is based on experience.
- $23 - $25/hour.
